The Illusionist (L'Illusionniste) coming to the Robinson Film Center

Recently, we had heard about this film called the The Illusionist or in french L'Illusionniste, and we were super excited to find out that it was coming to the RFC!

The Illusionist is a 2010 animated feature directed by Sylvain Chomet. The plot of the film revolves around a struggling illusionist who visits an isolated community where a young woman begins to believe that he is a real magician. Interestingly enough, the original script was written by the French mime, director and actor Jacques Tati in 1956.
