Megan- There are a few things you can try: check your mute switch, check your volume tab, and check the sound buttons on the "gear" menu tab on the bottom-right of any page.
If the problem persists, delete the app and download it again -- This is the first instance we've heard of this issue, and we hope you can get it resolved.

I just downloaded the movie on iTunes! I love it. Wasn't expecting is to be so sad, but love it nonetheless. :)
