Louisiana Film Prize Announces Top 20 Finalists

The bots congratulate the top 20 finalists competing for the Louisiana Film Prize. The finalists will compete for a $50,000 cash grand prize at the inaugural Louisiana Film Prize Contest and Festival, October 5-7, 2012 in Shreveport. Films were submitted from around country including works by filmmakers working in Los Angeles, CA (Biggo), Amarillo, TX (The Devil Has My Ear), Sarasota, FL (Lay Me in the River) and New York, NY (The Melody of Choice). All films submitted were shot in the Shreveport-Bossier area and many were produced by local filmmakers.
