Moonbot Interactive CTO, Bohdon Sayre shares some of the neat stuff he's found recently:
Dust Force Soundtrack
Dust Force, available through Steam, has a really cool style. The soundtrack is super nice and chilled out, and they let you
stream it online or buy it.
Dmitry Maximov
This blog by a Russian illustrator takes really interesting photographs and adds to them in small ways. It's a really nice effect that I'm interested in trying out sometime. One of the coolest parts about this blog is that he accompanies most of the artwork with a single song that you can listen to. I'm big into recording or making note of the music you listened to when you came up with an idea as if to recreate the experience later.
Sublime Text
Lastly, there's a text editor, Sublime Text, that we stumbled across several weeks ago which has seemed to been rising in popularity furiously since its release. For efficiency, this one is a winner and I recommend it highly. It's been the most fluid and fast editor I've used. Conveniently enough, it's available on all platforms so I don't have to deal with more than one anymore. Checkout Package Control, SublimeCodeIntel for Python introspection, and CompleteSharp. We finagled some things to be able to use it with Unity C# and have full introspection.
